WHAT WAS 4.29 GREEN EARTH ACTION DAY?
4.29 Green Earth Action Day was a flagship initiative of the 4.29 Green Earth Action Foundation (GEAF), a non-profit organization committed to advancing environmental protection and sustainable living practices worldwide.
The programme aimed to strengthen local environmental advocacy while fostering a global network of sustainability champions. By collaborating with environmental organizations, community leaders, and public influencers, the initiative encouraged widespread participation in green actions.
The day marked the culmination of our 4.29 Green Earth Action Ambassador Programme. On April 29, 2025, our selected ambassadors hosted impactful and interactive in-person events within their local communities. These events mobilized diverse groups—students, professionals, and other community members—around specific environmental issues. Ambassadors led targeted campaigns and conducted workshops or exhibitions to build practical skills and raise awareness around local climate challenges.
All ambassador-led events were livestreamed as part of an all-day broadcast, which ran from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CET / 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT.
