GEAF Ambassador Programme 2027
GEAF Ambassador Programme by the Green Earth Action Foundation is a 6-month global initiative for individuals committed to taking action on environmental and climate challenges within their communities.
Programme Overview
GEAF Ambassadors are selected through a rigorous application process and, upon selection, become part of the GEAF Ambassador Cohort.
Through mentorship, capacity building, and guided project implementation, GEAF Ambassadors design and lead locally relevant initiatives that address environmental challenges within their communities. These initiatives are fully funded and implemented across GEAF's five thematic areas: Waste Reduction & Pollution Prevention, Marine & Water Protection, Environmental Education & Community Empowerment, Climate-Smart Agriculture Advancement, and Forest & Biodiversity Protection.
GEAF Ambassadors are supported by the GEAF team throughout their journey, with training sessions delivered by subject-matter experts. Previous training sessions have been facilitated by representatives from the ILO, IISD, CCC, SAIIA, UNEP, UNDP, WIPO, and other leading organisations.
